South Australian Youth Forum Engagements

Since its establishment, the SA Youth Forum has engaged with a number of organisations to ensure youth representation at a decision-making level. These include:

Department of Human Services:

The Forum provided relevant feedback on the Department of Human Services’ new coercive control campaign. This was to ensure that their target audience of young people aged 15 to 24, found the campaign relatable and effective.

Uniting Communities:

The Forum provided relevant feedback and solutions for the Uniting Communities #Unlockingloneliness campaign. The Forum developed the Improving Mental Health in Young People as a response to this campaign.

South Australian Power Networks:

The Forum's founder, Amber, sits on the SA Power Networks Advisory Board. As such, the Forum provided relevant feedback on SA Power Networks’ 2025-2030 Reset Strategy as part of their Youth Forum. This was to ensure young people were represented in the direction of SA Power Networks throughout 2025 to 2030.

Let's work together to elevate the voices of young people in South Australia

The South Australian Youth Forum is continually wanting to provide a youth voice at a decision-making level and can hold and facilitate youth advisories on a number of issues and/or topics.
