SA Youth Forum Open Youth Workshop 2025

The South Australian Youth Forum (SAYF) invites young people from across the state to join us at our Open Youth Workshop—a unique event designed to bring together passionate individuals for a day of dialogue, connection, and action. Open to both branches of SAYF, this workshop is an opportunity for youth to share their perspectives on issues affecting their lives, collaborate on ideas, and contribute directly to the Forum’s Annual Report, which shapes youth policy and action plans statewide.

Throughout the day, participants will engage in interactive sessions, group discussions, and creative workshops guided by SAYF members and facilitators. This inclusive, supportive environment allows attendees to explore topics they care about, meet peers from diverse backgrounds, and see firsthand how their voices can influence positive change. Join us to connect, be heard, and make a difference in the future of South Australia!

Our workshops take place during September and October, so stay tuned!

The South Australian Youth Forum (SAYF) conducts an annual Broader Youth Consultation Survey to gather diverse perspectives from young people across the state. This survey is a key tool for understanding the unique challenges, needs, and priorities of South Australian youth, helping us address real issues that matter most to them. The insights gathered directly shape SAYF’s focus areas, inform our Annual Report, and guide the recommendations we present to policymakers and community leaders. By participating in the survey, young people contribute to a stronger, more inclusive voice in decision-making processes that impact their futures.

The Survey is now closed for 2024. Our new survey will open at the start of 2025.
